Participants will collaborate in adapting existing HydroLearn modules to serve the training needs of operational hydrology professionals in CIROH sponsor agencies (NOAA, USGS, USACE) and beyond. Participants will harness the power of HydroLearn's online platform to adapt modules on key topics for translating research in hydrology and water resources into operations. With guidance from experts and support from USGS and NOAA, participants will work in pairs to adapt modules, gain valuable feedback, and enhance teaching skills. Participants will receive a $2500 stipend once their adapted module is complete.
